Our founder, Joseph P Lynch, created the same document we use today. Called the ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, it has been updated over the years but is basically the same instrument used when Lynch Sales Company was established in 1914. It is very client friendly, straightforward and no-nonsense. Compare our contract to any of our competitors and you will see that NOT ALL SALES PROMOTION COMPANIES ARE CREATED EQUALLY!
